Raipur, April 19, 2026: The online payment facility on the Chhattisgarh State Government’s RTI portal has been integrated with the UPI—or Unified Payments Interface—payment system, thereby providing citizens with a simple, secure, and fast payment option.
The State Government said today that the online payment facility on the Chhattisgarh state portal, rtionline.cg.gov.in, has been available since the very inception of the portal.
In 2023, the portal was integrated with the State Bank of India and linked to the UPI payment system, offering citizens a simple, secure, and rapid method for making payments.
Citizens, too, are actively utilizing these digital mediums, the government said.
The State Administration is making continuous efforts to render the services provided under the Right to Information Act more transparent, accessible, and technology-driven.
Technical upgrades are also being implemented on the portal from time to time to ensure that applicants do not face any inconvenience.
It is also noteworthy that the State Government remains committed to the digitization of citizen services, and necessary enhancements will continue to be undertaken in the future to make the portal even more user-friendly and effective.
