New Delhi, May 01, 2013: Additional judges of Chhattisgarh High Court Justice Ghulam Minhajuddin and Justice Radhe Shyam Sharma have been given extension, a government release said today.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President has issued fresh Notification with regard to the appointment of Justice Minhajuddin and Justice Sharma as Additional Judges of the High Court of Chhattisgarh with effect from 10th May 2013, a PIB release said today.
As per the Notification, Justice Ghulam Minhajuddin would continue as Additional Judge till July 11, 2013; whereas, in the case of Justice Radhe Shyam Sharma the appointment would continue till November 24, 2013, it said.
