Applications Invited for Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar-2026 by July 31

     Raipur, July 27, 2026: Online applications have been invited upto July 31 for the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar-2026, the country’s highest honour for children.

     The Department of Women and Child Development today stated that nominations are open for this prestigious award, which recognizes talented, innovative, and inspiring children from the state at the national level.

     According to the department, eligible children in the 5 to 18 age group can apply online by July 31, 2026. Interested children can apply themselves, or nominations for eligible children can be submitted by parents, schools, social organizations, and other individuals.

     The department has appealed to children, parents, educational institutions, and social organizations to nominate as many eligible children as possible.

     The Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar is conferred upon children who have achieved extraordinary success at a young age in fields such as bravery, social service, environmental conservation, sports, art and culture, and science and technology, thereby setting an inspiring example for society.

     This prestigious honour is presented by the President of India.

     Urging talented children from the state to avail themselves of this prestigious national honour, the Department of Women and Child Development stated that by applying within the stipulated timeframe, they can showcase their talent and achievements on a national platform.

     All applications will be accepted online through the National Awards Portal.
