Raipur, July 28, 2026: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes via video call to Gyaneshwari Yadav for winning the silver medal in the women’s 53kg weightlifting event at the Commonwealth Games 2026.
A resident of Rajnandgaon and an Assistant Sub-Inspector with the Chhattisgarh Police, Gyaneshwari Yadav was congratulated for bringing glory to the nation and the state by winning the silver medal in the women’s 53kg weightlifting event at the Commonwealth Games 2026.
Congratulating Gyaneshwari Yadav on her silver medal win, Chief Minister Sai remarked that this success is the result of years of rigorous training and relentless hard work.
He expressed confidence that Gyaneshwari would continue to elevate the prestige of India and Chhattisgarh to new heights in future international competitions.
