Raipur January 26, 2014: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today said all poll promises made by they would be fulfilled as his BJP government treated the election manifesto as a sacred book.
The Chief Minister today hoisted the Tri-colour at Sarguja district headquarters Ambikapur and received salute to an impressive ceremonial parade, although previously Singh was doing the same at Bastar divisional headquarters Jagdalpur.
