Raipur, December 30, 2022: Chhattisgarh Cabinet today discussed various issues, including the Reservation bill pending in the Raj Bhawan for approval and issues that may come before the January 2 assembly session.
The Cabinet, presided over by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, also discussed the report of the judicial commission that was constituted to enquire about the Maoist attack on Bhima Mandavi, then Dantewada BJP MLA and Deputy Opposition Leader during the Lok Sabha election in 2019.
Details of the findings were not known as the report will be tabled in the winter session starting from January 2, 2023.
Bhima Mandavi and four of his security personnel were killed in an ambush by the Maoist on April 9, 2019 at Dantewada district, when he was on a campaign for the Lok Sabha election.
