Raipur, August 12, 2015: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh will hoist the tri-colour at Raipur, official sources said.
The Chief Minister will receive salute to an impressive parade at the Police Parade ground here, they said.
The Chief Minister will also address the state on that occasion, officials said adding Ministers and other dignitaries would read out that speech in the district headquarters on the Independence Day, they said.
