     Bilaspur, August 13, 2015: Authorities today suspended two officials after probe report confirm someone else appeared instead of the wife of Chhattisgarh Education Minister Kedar Kashyap in MA English Final Exam at Bastar district.

     Lohandiguda Centre Superintendent Hem Rao Khaparde and Coordinator Ramesh Nage have been suspended on the issue, official sources said.

             Vice Chancellor of Pandit Sundarlal Sharma Open University, Bilaspur, Bansh Gopal Sharma has written a letter to the District Superintendent of Police Bastar to register FIR against the wife of Education Minister Kedar Kashyap and the lady, who appeared on behalf of Kashyap’s wife Shanti in MA English Final Examination.

      After received report from the three-member probe committee on the issue, the Vice Chancellor wrote a letter to the Bastar SP to lodge FIR against Kashyap and the lady, who was appearing in the examination on behalf of the wife of the state Education Minister Kedar Kashyap.

     Also after the report received from the three-member probe committee the authority has suspended both Khaparde and Nage, they said.

    At the Lohandiguda Government Higher Secondary School of Bastar District, in the final MA English examination on August 4 last, instead of Shanti Kashyap, someone else had appeared in the exam.

     When officials reached the Centre and started probing the identity of the girl, who was appearing for Shanti, the girl slipped out of the room silently without revealing her original identity.

       Lohandiguda Tehsildar had also reached the School and initiated action on the matter.
