      Raipur, July 25, 2015: The Congress sponsored no-confidence motion against the Raman Singh government fall in the house in a majority vote.

     On the issue of irregularities in the State Civil Supply Corporation, which is more known as NAN Scam, paddy procurement and on other issues the main opposition moved a no-confidence motion in the house.

     After the marathon discussion, which went up to nearly 3 AM past mid night the motion was put to vote by the speaker.

     In the vote Congress could secure 37 votes where as 50 members out of 91 have expressed confidence on the Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh led BJP government.
