Raipur, May 1, 2015: Dilip Kumar Wasnikar was today appointed as the Commissioner of Bastar division of Chhattisgarh.
General Administration Department issued the notification today.
The previous Commissioner Bastar R P Jain retired yesterday and in his place Wasnikar, a 2002 batch IAS was posted.
Meanwhile, the Director Women and Child Welfare Department post of Wasnikar was given to Avinash Champawat as additional charge.
Champawat is the Registrar Cooperative Societies and Joint Secretary Commercial Taxes.
