Health system collapse in Bastar: Cong

     Raipur, February 15, 2013: Main opposition Congress today expressed concern over the death of villagers in diarrhoea in Sukma district of Bastar region in Chhattisgarh and said the health system in Bastar has collapsed.

      In Kedripal area of Chhindgarh three villagers were died of diarrhoea and the conditions of a couple of villagers are worrisome, Chhattisgarh PCC Vice President and Konta MLA Kawashi Lakhma said in a statement here.

     The health system in Bastar has collapsed, he stated adding the health centres in the region lacked any facilities or medicines.

    The Chhattisgarh Congress has also demanded immediate medical attention to the villagers.
