IAS Basavaraju relieved

     Korba, April 21, 2011: Without waiting for his reliever, a 2007 Batch IAS Basavaraju S has been relieved from the post of Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer of Korba.

     Without waiting for his reliever, Basavaraju was asked by Korba District Collector R P S Tyagi to hand over charges to Deputy Director Panchayat and Social Welfare Department M D Banjare.

     As per the instruction, Basavaraju handed relieved of his charges yesterday afternoon, officials said.

     Basavaraju has been transferred on April 13, last to Korea district as CEO and in his place Additional Collector Durg J P Pathak has been posted as CEO Korba.
