      Raipur, August 14, 2015: The One member judicial commission has submitted its report to the Chhattisgarh Government on the Sterilization case, in which at least 10 women were killed and scores hospitalized last year.

      Anita Jha led Judicial Commission has submitted its report to the state government, said Advocate General of Chhattisgarh Jugal Kishore Gilda.

    The report would be placed before the cabinet meeting and the next course of action would be decided.

      On November 14, 2014 Chhattisgarh government had ordered a judicial probe into the Sterilization death cases in Bilaspur in which at least ten women had lost their lives and over 70 affected.

     Retired District Judge Anita Jha probed the sterilization case after family planning camps were organised at Sakri on November 8 and on November 10, 2014 at Marwahi, Pendra and Gorella, all forestry area in Bilaspur district.

      In three months time the judicial commission had to submit its report to the state government but the tenure of the Commission was extended to enable it to complete its probe.
