Maninder Kaur new Spl Secretary Panchayat Raj

     Raipur, February 28, 2009: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today appointed Dr Maninder Kaur Dwivedi as the new Special Secretary Panchayat Raj and Rural Development of the state.

     Dr Maninder Kaur had also been given the additional charge of poverty eradication programme Nawa Anjor as its Director, a General Administration Department order said.

     Director Public Instruction (DPI) Nidhi Chhibbar has been given the additional charge of Rajiv Gandhi Sikshya Mission along with her responsibilities.

     Secretary Tourism and Culture R P Jain has been given the additional charge of Director Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, according to the order.

     Director Women and Child Welfare Department Sahla Nigar has been given the additional charge of Project Director of National Rural Health Mission, it said.
