Merger of Education and tribal Departments schools oppose

     Raipur, March 20, 2015: Tribal people’s representatives today opposed vehemently the decision of the Chhattisgarh government to hand over the tribal schools to Education Department.

     Tribal Congress MLAs raised the issue of the merger in the Chhattisgarh Assembly and said it was against the interest of the tribal community.

     The reply of Tribal and School Education Minister Kedar Kashyap also failed to satisfy the Congress Tribal MLAs.

     The Congress members accused the Tribal and School Education Minister of ignoring the interest of the tribals and staged a walk out from the state assembly.
