Raipur, January 09, 2026: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today met with former Rajya Sabha MP and National President of Bharat Scouts and Guides Dr Anil Jain, at the CM House.
Sai welcomed Jain, who was on a visit to Chhattisgarh, and presented him with a memento of Bastar art.
The Chief Minister extended his best wishes to Dr Jain for the five-day National Rover-Ranger Jamburi being held for the first time in Balod district of Chhattisgarh and called it a matter of pride for the youth of Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Sai said that the organisation of a national-level event of Bharat Scouts and Guides in Chhattisgarh under the able leadership of Dr Jain is a significant achievement for the state.
He said that this jamburi will become an effective platform to strengthen discipline, leadership qualities, social responsibility, and the spirit of service among the youth. Through the Rover-Rangers from various states of the country, the cultural, social, and youth power of Chhattisgarh will be showcased at the national level.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that this jamburi will not only inspire the youth towards nation-building but will also strengthen the spirit of “Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat” (One India-Great India).
He said that the Chhattisgarh government will continue to encourage such events for the all-round development of the youth.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Kumar Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister Rahul Bhagat, and other dignitaries were present.
