Raipur, April 29, 2015: Prof Mansingh Parmar was today appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Kusabhau Thakre Journalism University, Raipur.
Governor Balram Jee Das Tandon today issued the appointment order, official sources said.
Prof Parmar would take the place of Dr Sachidanand Joshi.
