    Raipur, November 25, 2015: Principal Secretary of Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Devendra Verma today got one year extension of his service.

     Assembly Speaker Gouri Shankar Agrawal today issued the order extending the service period of Verma by one more year.

      Verma is known as an expert on privilege matters and Constitution.

      He was supposed to retire on November 30 and now will continue serving the Chhattisgarh Assembly for another year.

       Because of the positive attitude of the Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh towards Verma, people said, this was made possible.
