Raipur, November 27, 2015: In a sensational allegation, Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee President Bhupesh Baghel today alleged that the state BJP government was involved in taping of phones of political persons.
“Forget about the big leaders, phones of even small workers are being tapes by the state government,” claimed Baghel.
“Some equipments were purchased to intercept the phones of Maoists and to ascertain their locations but that equipments are being used against the political opponents,” said the PCC President.
He also accused the Chhattisgarh Police of diverted from their original duties and involved politically in assisting the government.
Immediate reaction of the government was not available on the matter.
