Jagdalpur, June 8, 2009: Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today started a new campaign to visit all the districts headquarters of Chhattisgarh from Bastar district headquarters Jagdalpur.
On arrival at Jagdalpur, the Chief Minister today participated in the Bastar Development Authority meeting and also reviewed the developmental works of the region.
After that Singh along with his cabinet colleagues and people’s representatives and senior officials visited the Dalpat Sagar, which is spread over 360 acre land in the district headquarters.
Singh also inquired about the renovation works of the Dalpat Sagar from the workers and said similar projects have also been taken up in many other parts of the state.
On the second day tomorrow, the Chief Minister is scheduled to visit the Kawardha district.
