Korba, September, 7, 2009: About three lakh rupees worth of jewellery and cash were stolen from the residence of a police Sub Inspector in Korba district of Chhattisgarh.
Jewellery and cash worth Rs 3 lakh had been stolen from the residence of Police Sub Inspector V R Bhaskar, informed Rampur outpost in charge Madhav Prasad Tiwari.
Tiwari said Bhaskar was residing in CSEB colony of the Rampur outpost area under City Kotwali police station.
The incident took place when Bhaskar was absent from his house, police said.
People and police are waiting eagerly to know in how many days the case was being solved by the Korba police.
