Korba, September 18, 2009: In a daring incident, four persons today looted about Rs 35 lakh from a bank in Korba district of Chhattisgarh.
About four persons came to the Union Bank today during day time and took the people present their as hostages and decamped with about Rs 35 lakh, officials said.
After looting the money they went missing in the crowd in the motorcycles in which they had come to the bank.
The incident took place in the crowded Transport Nagar area of Korba.
On information about the robbery, police forces have been deployed in various places to trace the four.
