Raipur, February 23, 2016: A total of Rs 4799 crore plans were approved by a high level committee to improve the education in Chhattisgarh in the next fiscal.
For the Sarv Sikshya Abhiyan a plan of Rs 3337 crore was approved today by the executive body of the SSA here, presided over the Chief Secretary Vivek Kumar Dhand.
Also for the Rashtriya Madhyamik Sikshya Abhiyan a plan of Rs 1462 crore was approved by its executive committee.
It was also decided to open 24 new hostels and 15 new residential girls school under the Kasturba Gandhi Awasiya Balika Vidyalaya.
