Raipur, January 16, 2024: Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao has today openly expressed his unhappiness over the pace of works of the Public Health Engineering Department and asked the officials to speed up the works.
During a review meeting of the Jal Jeevan Mission in the state, Sao called upon the PHE department officials to speed up the works to provide safe drinking water to the people.

All the staff members have to work in a planned manner to achieve success in the Jal Jeevan Mission, which was started by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said.
The Deputy Chief Minister also stressed for filling up all vacancies in the department.

PHED Secretary Mohammad Qaiser Abdulhaque Chief Engineer M L Agrawal and other top officials were present in the Neer Bhawan during the review meeting of the PHE Department.
