Raipur, January 8, 2010: Dr G L Maheswari, father of eminent journalist Sunil Kumar, died yesterday.
People from all walks of life paid tributes to Maheswari yesterday and today, led by Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh and Chief Secretary P Joy Oommen.
Respecting his last wish, the body of Maheswari was today donated to the Medical College here for the students, officials said.
