Bilaspur, January 11, 2012: Despite Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh created nine new districts and appointed as many district Collectors, but Bilaspur District Collector Thakur Ram Singh took a review meeting of another district, which raised several eyebrows.
Bilaspur District Collector Thakur Ram Singh and his Mungeli counterpart T C Mahawar had taken a review meeting on Monday last for the inaugural function of Mungeli district tomorrow, officials said here.
After the review meeting at the District Collectorate, Singh and Mahawar visited the helipad and the Thursday meeting site and instructed officials, they added.
People and local officials are eagerly waiting to see whether Singh would continue to guide Mungeli on a regular basis or not.
