Raipur, October 09, 2025: The Chhattisgarh government has decided to organise three-day programmes in all district headquarters on the occasion of Silver Jubilee function of the Chhattisgarh Foundation Day, similar to last year.
Official sources stated today that the main theme of the programme will be “25 Years of Development Journey,” showcasing the state’s achievements and progress.
According to the government order, exhibitions related to the development and achievements of various departments, cultural programmes, and beneficiary benefit distribution will be organized from November 2 to 4, 2025.

Important schemes, achievements, and successful projects of the state government will be specially displayed at the event venue to make citizens aware of the 25-year journey of the creation and development of the state.
Cultural programmes will be organised at the district level through local artists, showcasing Chhattisgarhi folk culture.
The government has directed that cultural presentations should be decent and avoid any indecent displays. Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and other public representatives will be invited as guests at district-level events.
Government buildings in all district headquarters will be illuminated from November 1st to 5th to commemorate the foundation day.
Attractive lighting arrangements will be made keeping in mind the theme of “25 years of development journey.” Private institutions will also be encouraged to illuminate.
Beneficiary-oriented materials will be distributed to eligible beneficiaries under the state government’s welfare schemes at the event venue. The government has directed that austerity be maintained in organizing the events.
