Raipur, October 27, 2011: Former legislature Ashwini Dubey passed away today.
Dubey passed away here, official sources said.
He had represented Dharsiwa segment of Raipur district in 1977.
Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh has conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
