Raipur, January 22, 2016: Chhattisgarh Government today promoted ten senior police officials and declared their fresh posting.
Sarguja range IG T J Longkumer was today promoted as Additional Director General of Police and posted as ADG Rail and Traffic.
DIG SIB and Maoist operation Dipanshu Kaabra is promoted and posted as IG Sarguja range in place of T J Longkumer.
DIG CID Hem Krushna Rathor is promoted as IG and posted in the same place where as B P Pousharya is promoted from DIG SC, ST Atrocities to IG and posted in the same place.
AIG Telecommunication K C Agrawal is promoted and posted as DIG Telecommunication in the Police headquarters.
Amit Kumar, who is on central deputation, is given proforma promotion as IG from January 01, 2016.
Additional transport Commissioner Major Om Prakash Pal, Rajnandgaon SP Sudarraj P, 4th Battalion Commandant Ratan Lal Dangi and 8th Battalion Commandant T R Paikra are given the selection grade from January 1, 2016, the government order said.
