Raipur, August 05, 2025: Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka has appealed to all the citizens of the state to participate enthusiastically in the Har Ghar Tiranga programme.
He has urged the citizens of the country and the state to hoist the tricolor in their homes and celebrate Independence Day with respect and pride.
On the occasion of 79th Independence Day in the country and the state, this programme based on the theme “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachhata Swatantrata Ka Utsav, Swachhata Ke Sang” will be completed in three phases.
The first phase is being done from 02 to 08 August, second phase from 09 to 12 August, and third phase from 13 to 15 August 2025.

Governor Deka said that this programme is not just a tradition of hoisting the flag but is a symbol of our patriotism, unity and pride. Our association with the tricolor reflects our commitment to our Constitution, sovereignty and glorious heritage.
On this occasion we should remember the great freedom fighters of the country and take inspiration from them and play our important role in nation building, he said.
