Raipur, August 12, 2024: Arun Dev Gautam has been appointed as the Director General of Home Guard and Fire Services.
He is also given the additional charge of Director Prosecution, official sources said today.
Gautam is a 1992 batch IPS, who is waiting for his posting as Director General of Police of the state on retirement of the current DGP Ashok Juneja.
Juneja is on an extension for 6 months.
Meanwhile, in place of Gautam Neha Champawat is posted as the Secretary Home.
Neha Champawat is a 2004 batch direct recruit IPS.
