Raigarh, September 05, 2025: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said today that banking and government services are reaching every village through Atal Digital Seva Kendras at the Panchayat level.
Sai said that this facility has been started in 1460 panchayats, where not only money transactions are possible, but services like income, land, caste and residence certificates are also now available in the village itself.
He announced at a programme in Kharsia, Raigarh that Atal Digital Seva Kendras will be opened in 4000 panchayats during the Silver Jubilee year of Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Sai today performed the ground breaking ceremony of development works worth Rs 66.84 crore, including railway overbridge at a program organized in Kharsia of Raigarh district. On this occasion, he also announced development works worth more than Rs 20 crore.
These include announcement of Rs 10 crore for construction of bypass road from Kabir Chowk to Dabhra Road in Kharsia, Rs 2 crore for repair of other facilities including sports complex and swimming pool and Rs 8 crore for other development works in Kharsia Municipality area.
Sai unveiled the statue of former Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna late Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Kharsia and also inaugurated the Atal Complex.

He also announced technical survey for construction of railway under bridge.
The Chief Minister said that he has had a family relationship of 20 years with Raigarh.
He said that the victory in the urban bodies in the state is due to the Atal Vishwas Patra. Sai said that works worth seven to eight thousand crore rupees have been approved for the development of urban areas. Every single announcement made in the Atal Vishwas Patra is being fulfilled. Most of Modi’s guarantees have been fulfilled.
Sai said that 70 lakh women of the state are being given Rs 1000 every month under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. 18 lakh houses have been sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Paddy is being purchased from farmers at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal. The purchase price from tendu leaf collectors has been increased from Rs 4000 to Rs 5500. More than 5.62 lakh landless agricultural laborers are being given assistance of Rs 10,000 each per year.

He said that the CBI investigation of the PSC scam is going on in Chhattisgarh. Corruption-free administration is our objective, good governance is our resolution. All the avenues of corruption are being closed one by one.
Sai said that he had taken the initiative to build a railway overbridge while being an MP. Its Bhoomi Pujan has been possible today after all the formalities were completed. Its construction work will be completed in the coming two to three years.
Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that work is being done with the commitment to continuously take forward the development works in the state. Construction of railway overbridge was an important need for Kharsia city. The Bhoomi Pujan of this railway overbridge being constructed at a cost of Rs 64.94 crore reflects our commitment. Its construction will solve the problem of movement of people due to passing of trains on the crossing and will also save time.
Finance Minister OP Choudhary said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, Chhattisgarh has rapidly progressed on the path of development in the last 20 months. He said that Rs 3716 crore has been given to 13 lakh farmers as bonus for two years. Chhattisgarh is the only state which is purchasing paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal. The Chief Minister approved the 18 lakh families deprived of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in the first cabinet meeting.
He said that the responsibility of Ready-to-eat has been again handed over to women self-help groups and it has been started from Raigarh district, which will soon be implemented in the entire state.
Minister Choudhary said that the inauguration of Atal Complex is a tribute to the state creator former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Finance Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi built the temple of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya, which was possible after 500 years. Shri Ramlala Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana has been started for the devotees of Chhattisgarh. Also, the Prime Minister has increased the purchasing power of the countrymen by improving IT and GST.
