Raipur, December 21, 2015: Chhattisgarh Assembly today passed eleven important bills, including one to protect the interest of the people who are investing in chit fund companies.
Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said without a proper law the people investing in chit fund companies were being cheated. But the new bill will protect their interest.
Now any company wanted to work here in Chhattisgarh has to take proper permission from the respective district collectors.
The Chief Minister has also today moved a supplementary budget of about 2300 crore, which will be taken up tomorrow for discussion and pass. Chief Minister Singh also holds the finance portfolio.
