Raipur, July 16, 2009: Chhattisgarh Government has banned gathering, demonstration or picketing around the Raj Bhawan with immediate effect.
Considering the Monsoon session of the Assembly from July 20, the Administration had clamped prohibitory Section 144 around the Raj Bhawan, Chief Minister Residence and the State Secretariat, officials said.
The prohibitory order has been clamped by the District Magistrate and Collector Sanjay Garg and it would continue till further order, they said.
Due to the prohibitory order, all kind of picketing and demonstration has been banned near the Raj Bhawan, Chief Minister Residence and the State Secretariat.
