     Raipur, September 11, 2016: On his 13th episode of “Raman Ke Goth” Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today called upon people to stay away from human trafficking and chit fund companies.

     “The labourious workers and villagers should be remained cautious from human trafficking and fake chit fund companies,” the Chief Minister appealed through his monthly radio programme Raman ke Goth.

     On its 13th episode, Singh asked the villagers to inform police about any suspicious persons seen in and around their villages and also stay away from the people involved in human trafficking.

     The Chief Minister said he had already instructed his administration to keep a record in the Panchayat of the people, who are migrating to other states for a better earning. From time to time security of those people should also be reviewed, he added.

     Talking about the rampant human trafficking in north Chhattisgarh, Singh said the situation has improved in Jashpur, Raigarh and Sarguja and neighbouring areas.

     He also praised former Raigarh District Superintendent of Police Dr Sanjeev Shukla and for taking bold steps to check human trafficking and current Balod SP Arif Hussain for rescuing 32 girls from Uttar Pradesh.

      Today was the thirteenth episode of the Raman Ke Goth, which was broadcast from 10.45 to 11.00 AM today, on the second Sunday of the month from All India Radio Raipur and all stations of the state carried that and even regional television channels beamed the programme live.

     Raman Ke Goth was started on September 13, last year.
