      Raipur, September 21, 2016: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today met the BJP national President Amit Shah and discussed with him about the organizational matters.

     Singh met Amit Shah at New Delhi, during his visit, official sources said.

     Chhattisgarh BJP has begun its preparation for the 2018 state Assembly election and in that context Singh appraised the national BJP president about the activities of the state party unit.

     Singh also informed Shah about various welfare programmes being undertaken by the state government and also the success of centrally sponsored schemes in Chhattisgarh, the sources said.
