Bhilai, September 12, 2009: Former MLA Phul Chand Bafna died today at Mumbai.
Bafna had represented the Bhilai Nagar assembly segment in undivided Madhya Pradesh.
He died today at the Mumbai residence of his son, sources said.
Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh and many others have paid tributes to Bafna while recalling his contribution to the Chhattisgarh region also.
