Raipur, June 26, 2014: IAS Association has opened a front against the IFS officer of the state and demanded the state government not to post IFS on the cadre post of IAS.
About one and half dozen Indian Forest Officers are currently posted against the sanctioned cadre post of IAS, President of IAS Association N Baijendra Kumar said.
Looking in to it, the IAS Association has asked the state government to consider their demand and stop posting IFS in IAS cadre post and post only IAS in the sanctioned cadre posts.
Shortly the members of the IAS Association would meet the Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh and the Chief Secretary Vivek Kumar Dhand and discuss the issue, he said.
The stand of IAS has created a ripple in the corridor of power.
