     Raipur, October 11, 2012: Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today said industrial peace and rapid growth has become the identity of Chhattisgarh.

     Interacting with captains of Industries and investors at the financial capital of the country at Mumbai, Singh also invited them to the Global Investors Meet on November 02 and 03, 2012 at the Naya Raipur capital complex.

     The Chief Minister also underlined the role played by the industries in achieving success in resolving unemployment and bringing prosperity in the state and said the industries and investors play a very vital role in those matters.

     During separate meetings with the investors and top industrialists, Singh also briefed them about the socio-economic profile of the state and the policy being adopted for rapid industrialisation of the state.

     Aditya Birla group Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla met the Chief Minister separately and discussed with his about the possible investment in the state, official sources said.

     Tata Steel Vice President Muthuraman and Hinduja Group Chairman Ashok Hinduja also met the Chief Minister.

     Impressed by the industry policy of Chhattisgarh, cine star Ajay Devgan also met Singh and expressed his desire to invest in solar energy sector in the state, the officials said.
