KDP Rao new Commissioner Bilaspur

     Raipur, April 29, 2013: Senior IAS KDP Rao was today appointed Commissioner Bilaspur to replace R P Jain, who is transferred to Bastar in the same post.

     Rao was functioning as the Principal Secretary cum Commissioner Culture and Tourism and Secretary Endowment and 20-Point programme R C Sinha is given those posts as additional charges, a General Administration Department order said here.

     The Government had affected the posting of 15 IAS and one IFS officer of the state.

     Secretary B S Anant has been relieved of Director Local Audit and would only continue as Secretary Forest.

     D D Singh has been relieved from the post of Director Horticulture and would continue as Joint Chief Electoral Officer.

    Joint Secretary Home, Cooperation, Transport, Registration, Firms and Societies and Director Estate has been relieved of the post of Cooperation.

     Bihar Cadre IAS Mayank Varwade has been posted as Joint Secretary Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Commissioner MGNREGS and Director Rural Livelihood Mission.

     Director Public Relations Om Prakash Choudhary is given the additional charge of Deputy Secretary Public Relations Department.

      Deputy Secretary General Administration Department Bhuvanesh Yadav has been posted as Deputy Secretary Cooperation and Director Horticulture.

     Sub Divisional Magistrate Pandariya (Kawardha district) Jay Prakash Mourya is transferred as SDM Jashpur with additional charge of Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer.

     SDM Sakti in Janjgir-Champa Kartikeya Goyal is posted as SDM Narayanpur with additional charge of Zilla Panchayat CEO.

     Sarangarh (Raigarh district) SDM Ranu Sahu is posted as SDM Baikunthpur with CEO Zilla Panchayat Korea as additional charge.

     CEO Raipur N K Shukla is posted as Director Local Audit with additional charges of Additional Commissioner Commercial Tax.

     Deputy Secretary Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Dhananjay Dewangan is posted as CEO Zilla Panchayat Raipur.

     Managing Director Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation is transferred and posted as Director Village Industry.

      Indian Forest Service officer and Conservator of Forest Raipur Sunil Mishra is posted as the new MD CSIDC, the order said.
