Jagdalpur, August 10, 2010: Senior IAS officer and Bastar divisional Commissioner Manoj Kumar Pingua is shifting to United States of America for one year on study purpose.
The state government has sanctioned his study leave for one year, officials said here.
Pingua is a 1994 batch IAS and would soon leave the state.
