Morning school on Saturdays in Chhattisgarh

     Raipur, November 05, 2011: Chhattisgarh Government has directed all the schools in the state to open Saturday classes from morning.

     From Primary to Higher Secondary, all schools would have morning shift on Saturday from 7.30 AM to 1.00 PM, a School Education Department order said here.

     This decision was taken keeping in mind the welfare of the students, parents and school staff, officials said today.

     All the District Collectors, Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officers, District Education Officers, Assistant Commissioners of the ST and SC Welfare Department have been asked to ensure implementation of the government order.
