Now sterilization of Korba tribes in Sarguja

     Ambikapur, November 18, 2014: Sarguja health department conducted sterilization operation on three protective Pahadi Korwa tribe women.

     Pahadi Korwa are protective tribe and before conducting any sterilization operation proper approval has to be obtained, but hiding their caste they were operated upon in Sarguja district.

     All the three women are from Murkadand village in Batouli area of Sarguja district.

     Recently sterilization operations were allegedly conducted on 18 Baiga tribal women of Dhanouli village of Marwahi area in Bilaspur district.
