Raipur, February 16, 2010: Main opposition Congress today took objection to absence of the bureaucrats from the officer’s galley when the Assembly was discussing the price rise issue.
The house today took up a discussion on the increase in prices of essential commodities, moved by Narayan Chandel and Domanlal Korsewada of BJP.
During the discussion, Leader of Opposition Ravindra Choubey took objection to the empty chairs of the Officer’s Gallery.
The Congress took objection to the empty chairs in the gallery and protesting that the members of the main opposition staged a walk out from the assembly.
However, the opposition members returned to the house after Parliamentary Affairs Minister Brij Mohan Agrawal appealed to the Opposition to participate in the discussion.
