Raman’s father passes away

     Raipur, June 04, 2010: Vighna Haran Singh, father of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh passed away today.

     After a brief illness the father of the Chief Minister passed away at about 11.15 hours today at the CM House, an official spokesman told Chhattisgarhtopnews.com.

     The last rite would be performed at their native place Kawardha at about 4.30 PM, he said.

     People from all walks of life, commonmen to politicians, have started gathering at the CM House to pay their last respect to the departed soul and convey their condolences to the Chief Minister.
