S K Patil new VC Agril Univ

     Raipur, November 01, 2011: Prof S K Patil has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of the Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur, officials said today.

     Prof Patil is currently functioning as the Director Research in the IG Agriculture University.

     Chancellor of the University and Governor of Chhattisgarh Shekhar Dutt has appointed Prof  Patil on the recommendation of a panel, headed by Chief Secretary P Joy Oommen with Agriculture Scientist Dinesh Kumar Marothiya and Dr P L Gautam as the members, the officials said.
