Speaker suspends 36 Cong MLA

     Raipur, March 09, 2015: Chhattisgarh Assembly today witnessed noisy scene over paddy procurement and bonus to farmers.

     Opposition Congress demanded discussion on the issues of bonus to farmers and paddy procurement and created an uproarious scene in the Chhattisgarh Assembly.

     To put pressure on the government, the Congress members entered the well of the house and raised anti-government slogans while disrupting the house proceeding.

     For entering the well 36 Congress MLAs were suspended from the house.

     Amid continuous uproar Speaker adjourned the house till tomorrow.
