Raipur, March 08, 2015: Special plane of Union Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani developed snag today.
Due to technical snag the Union Minister had to wait at the airport.
After a long waiting at the Raipur, the Union Minister had decided to catch the evening 8 PM flight to Delhi, official sources said.
Irani was on a day-long tour of Chhattisgarh.
