10 labourers killed in Korba

     Korba, September 3, 2009: At least ten occupants of a tractor were killed today evening when their vehicle turned turtle in Korba district of Chhattisgarh, officials said.

     When a group of farm labourers were travelling in a tractor, it turned turtle near Sutarra village in Kathghora and Pali road, about 40 km from the district headquarters.

     Ten people were killed in that incident and most of them are women, officials said.

     District Collector and SP have rushed to the spot, they said.
