Raipur, April 18, 2013: Chhattisgarh Government today appointed Aman Singh as the new Secretary Public Relations.
Energy Secretary and Secretary to the Chief Minister Aman Singh is appointed as the Secretary Public Relations as additional charge, an official order said.
Singh has replaced N Baijendra Kumar.
Baijendra Kumar was the longest serving Secretary in the Public relations Department as he was holding the post since June 27, 2009.
Baijendra Kumar would, however, continue as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Housing and Environment, Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Naya Raipur Development Authority.
Meanwhile, Aman Singh would be relieved from the charges of Chief Executive Officer of CREDA (Chhattisgarh Renewal Energy Development Authority) and in his place Special Secretary Energy Anand Babu is posted as CEO CREDA, the GAD order said.
